College students with ‘Antima Sanskar’ team

The team of the film ‘Antim Sanskar’, which is going to be screened from Asadh 8, has launched a ‘College Captain Campaign’ targeting the young audience. In the last two weeks, the film’s director Pradeep Shahi, actors Vijay Lama, Deeya Pun, Reshma Ghimire, Trichu Rai, Avan Raj Upreti have interviewed a dozen college students of Kathmandu to watch the film.

During ‘College Captain’, captain and actor Vijay Lama said that this film is a rebirth for him after four decades. He says, ‘I was afraid when the first film ‘Adarsh ​​Nari’ was released, now I feel more afraid than that. Because, I am once again starting my career in a new way.’ Actor Lama has lost 18 kg weight for this film.


Director Shahi is confident that the College campaign will have an impact on the film’s business. He said that the students are excited to watch the film. Similarly, actress Pun said that she was happy to interview the students of the college. Stating that she has acted in the most challenging role in the film, she expressed her belief that the story of the film will be different for the audience.

Based on the story of a murder mystery, the film also stars Bishal Pahari, Krishna Bhakta Maharjan, Shyam Rai, Pasang Lama, Bikash Adhikari, Saroj Khaling Rai, Sasmita Giri, Diggaj Khatri, Saroj Kumal, Dharmanand Acharya. Deeya Pun plays the role of DSP in the film. Director Shahi himself wrote the film. His first directorial film was ‘Gorkha: Beneath the Bravery’.
