The shooting of ‘Agastya’ started in Gorakhpur, India

The shooting of director Saurabh Chaudhary’s dream project ‘Agastya: Chapter One’ has started on Monday at the Gorakhpur temple in India with camera, script and clap puja. Director Chaudhary said that the film, which has a 60-day schedule, will be shot in Gorakhpur for 25 days. After that, the shooting will be done in Nawalparasi, Bhairahawa and Kathmandu in Nepal.

‘Agastya’ has Saugat Malla, Najir Hussain and Malika Mahat in lead roles. Saugat has lost 20 kg weight for the character of the film, while Najir has gained 20 kg weight. After India’s schedule, Saugat will have to gain weight equal to what he lost. Director Chaudhary says that he will be given 20/22 days time for that. Saugat and Najir have action roles in the film.

The film, which is being made in two series, will also feature Pramod Agrahari, Rabindra Jha and Bijay Baral. The film is written by director Chaudhary himself. He has already prepared the story of both the chapters. Prakash Malla and Anish Tamang are the producers of the film. The cinematographer of the film is Sanjay Lama. The title of the film is derived from the name of Agastya Rishi, one of the Seven Sages of Hinduism.
