Elected Udiram Khadka as the President of Kalakarmi Sangh

Kathmandu- Udiram Khadka has been elected as the president of Kalakarmi Sangh. A new 35-members working committee was elected unopposed under the chairmanship of Khadka from the fifth session held in Kathmandu on Sunday. Senior Vice President Rukmini Giri, Santosh Gurung, Women Vice President Sandhya Sanu Ghatane have been elected. Kavita Gelal has been elected as the President of Koshi Province, Pradesh Shah as President of Madhesh Province, Mahesh Prasad Hada as President of Bagmati Province and Ramji Khan as President of Gandaki Province.

Khum Bahadur KC has been elected as the President of Lumbini Province, Krishna Reule as the President of Karnali Province and Surat Rawat as the President of Sudurpaschim Province. The State President is automatically the same as the Central Vice President. Similarly, Leeladhar Bhattarai (Legs) was elected as General Secretary, Deepak Bhandari, Hikmat Shahi (Kshitij) and Pawan Chukah as Deputy General Secretary. Dipendra Ale and co-treasurer Jalumaya Gurung have been elected as treasurer.

In the opening program of the convention, Nepali Congress Minister Bhishmaraj Angdamwe, central member Pratima Gautam, leaders Bhupendrajung Shahi, Manojmani Acharya, state MP Maiya Shrestha and others said that everyone should help in art conservation.
