The trailer of the Indian film ‘Ponniyin Selvan-2’ has been released.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is seen in the role of Princess Nandini in the public trailer. In the film, she is seen preparing to end the Chola Empire.
Directed by Mani Ratnam, the film is based on the famous novel of the same name written by Kalki.
The film stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Chian Vikram, Trisha Krishnan, Sovita Dhulipala, Jayam Ravi, Aishwarya Lakshmi, Prakash Raj and others. Aishwarya has a double role in the film. She will be seen in the role of Princess Nandini and Mandakini.
The film is shot by Ravi Varman and edited by Srikar Prasad.
The film will be released in five languages namely Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. The 250 crore film will be released from April 28.
The film ‘Ponniyin Selvan-1’ did well at the box office. The film earned well and received positive reviews.
