Similarly, in the coming New Year, ‘Camino’, ‘Dautari’, ‘Sati Devi’, ‘Meera: Shadow of a Rainbow’, ‘Jerry 2’ and ‘Hatti Chappa’ are preparing to go on the floors for filming. Deepak Wali’s film ‘Camino’ is also preparing for shooting.
The film starring Pradeep Khadka, Barsha Siwakoti, Neeti Shah, Rajballav Koirala, Saugat Malla, Bholaraj Sapkota, Rabindra Jha and others is produced by Access Nepal Films, Purna Lama is the creative director and Sunil Bista Gowli is the executive producer. Director Wali said that the film is ready to go on floors from the second week of Baisakh.
The shooting of the film ‘Hatti Chapa’, which is produced by Kiran Nepali, will also start from Baisakh. Producer Kiran Nepali said that the shooting of the film will start from the last week of Baisakh. Dayahang Rai, Saugat Malla, Wilson Vikram Rai, Upasana Singh Thakuri, Buddhi Tamang and others are acting in the film.
The film ‘Sati Devi’ directed by Laxman Subedi is also going on floors from this Baisakh. Actress Malika Mahato is playing the lead role in the film called the story of the struggle of a rural girl. Produced and written by director Subedi, the film will feature Malika along with Bholaraj Sapkota, Kuldeep Adhikari and others. Director Lakshman said that the shooting of the film, which will be produced under the banner of Dilasa Kreisan and Golden State Movie Makers SLC California, will start from the second week of Baisakh.
The film ‘Dautari’ directed by Madhusudan Bhattarai is also preparing for shooting. The film starring Aryan Sigdel and Mukun Bhusal in lead roles is written by Laxman Subedi. Writer Subedi said that preparations are being made to start with the shooting of the film.
The auspicious occasion of ‘Meera: Shadow of a Rainbow’ was done during a program some time ago. The film will be directed by Anita Pandit, which is about the struggle story of a mother who tries to show the problem of abnormal alert mental state (autism) in a child and her private relationship with someone to the society. Surveena Karki, Nishan Chauhan, Kailash Rawal and Roshni Karki will play the lead roles in the film. The production unit is planning to start the shooting of the film from Baisakh. Similarly, the film ‘Jerry 2’ starring Anmol KC and Ana Sharma in lead roles will also go on floors from Baisakh. It is a sequel to the film ‘Jerry’ directed by Hemraj BC. Produced under the banner of Ananya Films and Napcoms Global, the film has Saroj Neupane and Ramakrishna Shrestha as producers.
