The Nepali man who threw a beer bottle at singer Prakash Saput has been handed over to the Romanian immigration office for legal action.
According to Naresh Giri of the organizing organization, the person is currently detained at the Romanian immigration. After the incident which took place on Monday night according to Nepali time, the organizers arrested the person and handed it over to the immigration.
Giri informed that the immigration will now produce him in court. “Now the court will decide about him,” Giri said. Singer Saput was singing his famous song ‘Bol Maya’ in the concert named ‘Yad Nepali Music Festival Part 2’.
Singer Saput was injured in the face when the man, who was said to be drunk, hit him with a can of beer. The name of that person has not been disclosed. It is said that 400 Nepalis participated in the ceremony. Singer Saput and Preeti Ale came to Romania from Nepal to participate in the concert.
