Nepal’s famous music band Nepathya is going to tour Canada for the first time. As per the schedule, Nepathya will perform at The Palace Theater in Calgary on Sunday, October 1st.
On Wednesday, October 4, the band will then play at The Vogue Theater in the heart of Vancouver. These two cities are both located in western Canada. Toronto, the nation’s former capital, will host the final performance of the tour. The band will play at Massey Hall, Canada’s renowned event location in Toronto, on Sunday, October 8.
Since Nepalaya took over the management in 2002, Nepathya has so far held 78 programs in 28 cities in 16 countries. Canada will be Nepathya’s 17th destination country. Amrit will be accompanied by Dhruv Lama on the drumset, Suraj Thapa on the keyboard, Subin Shakya on the bass guitar, Niraj Gurung on the guitar, and Shanti Rayamajhi on the Madal.
For some time now, Canada has become an attractive immigration destination for Nepalese. The number of Nepalese students going there, especially for studies, is increasing every year.
The show will begin at 7:00 p.m. local time, with doors opening at 5:00 p.m. Also, a special price break has been planned for the student group at all of the events on the tour where tickets are being sold online. The Nepathya official website has tickets and other information available.
