A suicide note was found in the notes pad of actor Saruk Tamrakar’s mobile phone, who was found dead in his house in Ratopul on Asadh 21. The police informed that when Saruk’s mobile phone was sent to the forensic lab for testing, a suicide note was found. In the suicide note, Saruk has asked the police not to create controversy and not to blame anyone.
According to Nepal Press, it is written in Saruk’s suicide note, “Polices don’t f*** me controversy. It’s all my fault. Don’t blame anyone. It all had to end here. That’s over. Make me rest in peace, thank you”. Also, Saruk addressed his mother and wrote, ‘May I be born as your own son in the next life.’ In the suicide note, he also remembered his friend.
Saruk committed suicide by hanging himself at home when his parents went to a relative’s party. On the same day, he was shooting for the film ‘Hashtag Maya’ till evening. The director of the film, Rajeev Gurung, has revealed in an interview that a female actress took Saruk inside the room and reprimanded him. Saruk played a negative role in this film.
His father Sanu Tamrakar has become unwell due to the worry of his son’s death. He was admitted to Narvik Hospital in Thapathali on Saturday. He is not allowed to meet anyone other than a few family members. Mohan Niraula, president of the Film Artists Association, has informed that he is not in a condition to speak.
