Sanam Kumar Bairag, the director of the film ‘Kaidiko Patra’, which was screened on Baisakh 15 of this year, has announced a new film from London. On Thursday, he made the official announcement of the film ‘Siddharth’ during a ceremony. Vijay Lama, Prithviraj KC and Bivia Shrestha have been roped in for the lead roles in the film, which will be shot 20 percent in the UK and the rest in Nepal.
Producers Shreedev Biel and Sharda Khadka Aryal from Nepal came to UK for the announcement of the film to be made under the banner of Vision Sansar and Srit Film and Entertainment. Along with Shreedev and Sharda from Nepal, Dinesh DC, Dil Ghale and Nabin Thapa from the UK are producing the film. Director Bairag said that other actors will be selected soon for the film, which will be shot in 2024.
In the announcement program of the film, the former president of Yeti Nepali Associates, Umeshraj Moktan, producer and director Dr. Kapil Rijal, producer Nikesh Limbu, former councilor Bhagwan Dash Chauhan, professor Rupak Shrestha as well as singer Sapan Kumar Rai, Gyanendra Rawat, Anil Lamichhane, dancer Suresh Shrestha, Gopal Basnet, title holders of Mrs. UK Nepal were also present.
