Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayankaji Shrestha has said that the government is trying to create an environment where people can live a good life through art. In a program held in Kathmandu on Friday, he said that the government will create an environment where artists and creators can earn a quality living by doing their profession.
Minister Shrestha opined that music is important for human life and human society from all angles. Music and art are an essential part of human life. Where the development and civilization of this society has reached can be measured based on where the fields of art, music and culture have reached,’ he said, ‘Art and music express the reality of society in a positive way.’
Minister Shrestha said that art will work to inspire one generation after another, and said that the music and art sectors should contribute a lot to promote the pride of their nation.
