3 Himalaya Airlines flight attendants punished for TikToking in flight

Kathmandu, March 31

The Nepal Civil Aviation Authority says it has taken action against three flight attendants from Himalaya Airlines for archiving her TikTok videos during a flight recently.

During flight H9-563 on the Kathmandu-Doha route, the three crew members, two women and one man, turned out to be using tik tok when the aircraft was in Pakistani airspace.

The regulatory body says this is a violation of flight safety rules, for which they have been suspended for three to six months.

Lately, the trend of cabin crew members to use social media is reportedly on the rise.
