The date of the sixth edition of Miss Nepal North America has been announced. The organizer, Dreams Universal LLC, announced that the finale of the competition will be held on August 3, 2024, at Melrose Ballroom, New York.
Applications for this beauty pageant reportedly opened on Saturday. The competition is open to Nepali single girls living in America and Canada between the ages of 18 and 29, according to organizer Shailendra Shrestha.
The opportunity to participate will also be extended to transwomen. The winner of North America will have the opportunity to automatically qualify for the upcoming Miss Nepal competition, as per the agreement with Hidden Treasure. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to be named a Tourism Board goodwill ambassador.
Jubilee Sherpa received that chance the previous year. This year’s choreographer for the event will be Sadichha Shrestha, a television personality and former Miss Nepal. Former Miss Nepal Shrinkhala Khatiwada, Miss Nepal International Niti Shah, actress Priyanka Karki, and famous person Sahana Bajracharya have all choreographed before.
The primary sponsor of this year’s event will be Healthy Choice Aesthetic Hospital. Miss Nepal North America’s history began in 2017. The first title went to Monica Ghale. Organizer Shrestha said that the pageant is being organized every year with the aim of empowering Nepali American women and cultural promotion in the Nepali community.
