Kathmandu- Actor Krishna Malla has not accepted the medal presented by President Ram Chandra Paudel. While the medals were being distributed at Sheetal Niwas, Malla wrote a status on Facebook and said that he would not accept the “Kirtimaya Rashtradeep Vibhushan” which was said to be awarded to him.
Home Minister Balkrishna Khan called and said that he would give the sukritimaya medal. I said yes, but when the name came out, it came out for Kritimaya and I called the home secretary and decided not to take the medal,” said Malla.
