‘Antim Sanskar’ targeted college students

The film ‘Antim Sanskar’, which was released on the 8th of Asadh, has not been able to earn as expected. It seems that the continuous rain has also affected the film. Before the screening, the film team conducted a campaign in colleges. In the second week, the effect of the college publicity campaign has started to be seen. Students of different colleges have reached the hall and started watching the movie. 

Director Pradeep Shahi said that college students started watching movies by ‘reserving’ the shows. Stating that the students are watching the film in the hall wearing college uniforms, Shahi says, ‘The director has his own style of explaining the story of the film. It does not mean that all age groups like it. Our target audience has liked the film. We are happy about that.’

The film includes the ‘nude scene’ of actors Vijay Lama and Trichu Rai, who are playing the roles of father and son. Actor Lama says that he gave the scene because the story demanded it. The film also stars DeeyaPun, Reshma Ghimire, Avanraj Upreti, Vishal Pahari, Shyam Rai, Krishnabhakta Maharjan, Pasang Lama, Vikash Adhikari, Saroj Khaling Rai, Sasmita Giri, Veteran Khatri, Saroj Kumal. 

This film is a collaboration of Hamsaer Account under the banner of SAI Production Nepal and has Vairaja Thapa, Raju Kumar Gurung, Suman Rai, Utsav Bishta, Ravindra Shrestha as executive producers. Produced by Vinod Subedi Kshitij, the film is based on a mysterious murder incident. Cinematography by Babu Shrestha and editing by Rupesh Gurung, the film is written by Shahi himself.
