this Friday (Asadh 15) as a day to eat Dahi Chiura (curd and bitten rice). The government has been celebrating the day as National Rice Plantation Day.
During the birthday celebration, dozens of actors and media persons from Nepali film, television and music fields gathered at the banquet at Rata Makai’s birthday in Imadol. Everyone wished him a happy birthday. Madan Krishna Shrestha, Haribansh Acharya, Dilip Rayamajhi, Dhiren Shakya, Sandip Chhetri, Salon Basnet, Shobit Basnet, Ramesh Upreti, Bipin Karki and other artists came to wish Rata Makai on his birthday. Similarly, satirical poet Shailendra Simkhada, comedian Shivahari Bairagi, former Miss Nepal Usha Khadgi also attended KC’s birthday celebration.
For the first time after marriage, Regina Upreti opened up to the media with her daughter. She also did good deeds with her daughter. She said that she is eager to act in the film if she gets a good character and script. Eight creators were also honored at Ratamkai’s birthday event.
Kiran, who started his film career with the film ‘Neermaya’ released in 2053, has worked in about 32 films. His last film was ‘Lakka Jawan’ and ‘Var and Vadhu’ is under production. Birthday wishes for KC are pouring in from social media as well.
