The cast line-up has become strong in the film ‘Kamino’ which is being made under the direction of Deepak Wali. After signing actor Pradeep Khadka for the lead role, the production team has now signed Saugat Malla for the film after Barsha Siwakoti, Raj Ballav Koirala and Neeti Shah. The construction team signed a written contract with him on Friday.
It is a big ‘surprise’ for the audience that two superstars Saugat and Pradeep will appear together in the same film. Director Wali informed that the roles of both of them are almost equal in the film and they will share the screen together. However, he did not want to open about the role of Saugat. Now Saugat is busy with the film ‘Pashupati Prasad 2: Bhashme Don’ which is being shot at Pashupati premises from Friday.
A workshop was held a few days ago for the film, which is going to start shooting on the 15th of Baisakh. Sunil Bista Gowli is the executive producer of the film, which is based on the story of the struggle of those who want to enter the US in a risky way, while the screenplay and dialogues are written by Mahesh Dawadi. The film will be shot in various locations in Nepal as well as in Latin America.
Purna Lama is the creative director and Dinesh Prakash Mahara is the production designer in the film, which has Saurav Lama’s cinematography, SD Yogi and Alice Karki’s music, Samrat Basnet’s action direction. The film, which is being made with an investment of more than three crores, is set to be released in four languages Nepali, Hindi, English and Spanish. “Camino” means road in Spanish.
