Actress Regina Upreti is going to make a comeback in films after a nine-year gap. It is certain that she will make a comeback with the film ‘Modibeni’, which is being made under the direction of Shankar Koirala. She was last seen in the lead role in the film ‘Bardaan’ and was the Vice President and Senior Vice President of the Movie Artists Association for two terms. She seems excited about the comeback.
Similarly, Amar Pratap Shrestha is going to make his debut as an actor with ‘Modibeni’. He has worked in some commercials and the ‘Preet Ko Reet’ web series, and he has also acted in two plays at Ojas Theater and Film Studio. In the film, Amar’s pair will tie up with Keki Adhikari. Even though Keki is positive about working in the film, the paper contract has not been finalized.
Saroj Khanal, Kamal Mani Nepal, Jiwan Bhattarai, Saroj Aryal, Dilip KC, Sneha Bhattarai, Anamika Lamichhane, and others will be acting in the film that is currently in the workshop. Dilip KC is the producer and Hari Shrestha is the co-producer of “Modibeni,” a film presented by Dnest Entertainment that was written by Anand Bikram Chhetri. The film, which will be made with a mix of past and present stories, will tell the story of Modibeni, a religious area in Parvat district. The shooting of the film will start on Magh 16.
