Famous Nepali film actor Rajesh Hamal has been in America since last one month. He has been making appearances at film festivals and musical events organized in different states of America. Meanwhile, he is going to give a special performance at a program called ‘A Night of Nepali Stars’ to be held in New York on Friday (July 7).
Along with Rajesh Hamal, comedian Wilson Bikram Rai and singer Sugam Pokharel will also perform in the program which will start from 7 pm in the 800-seat Majestic Hall. The local organizer Resham Jung Shah informed that the program will be conducted by actor Asif Shah. Organizers believe that more than 600 Nepali spectators will attend the event.
After the program, Nepali DJ LS will entertain the audience and local artists will also perform. Organizers of the event in New York are Rebel Events, Buddha Tax, Rupantaran Media and Namaste Group. The program has previously been held in Texas, Baltimore and Ohio. It is said that more than 600 spectators are present at each event.
