Currently, the demand and busyness of actor Dayahang Rai in Nepali films is at its peak. After the ‘record breaking’ success of ‘Kabaddi 4’ and ‘Jari’, he is the choice of almost every maker. They are even ready to wait for him for months. For this year, he has become a ‘pack’. However, he has not stopped making film deals. In the next few months, he is sure to be ‘packed’ for the next year as well.
Dayahang, who completed the shooting of director Nischal Basnet’s comeback film ‘Dimag Kharab’ this month, is now busy with the shooting of the film ‘Hattichhap’ from Thursday, Asadh 21. He has joined the workshop of this film since Sunday. Apart from Dayahang, Upasana Singh Thakuri, Buddhi Tamang, Kamalmani Nepal are also participating in the four-day (Wednesday) workshop.
Pradeep Bharadwaj has written the film which is based on a social story. Simos Sunwar will direct the film. He had earlier directed the films ‘Mission Paisa’, ‘Jhyanakuti’. Pradeep and Simos spent a few days in a hotel in Budhanilkanth to finalize the story of the film. The film will be produced by Kiran Nepali, the producer of ‘Dui Numbri’.
Actor Saugat Malla will also play the lead role in the film. He will join the shooting in Shrawan. Cinematography by Sushan Prajapati will also feature Wilson Bikram Rai, Gaurav Pahari, Bijay Baral, Rajan Khatiwada, Pushkar Gurung, Prakash Ghimire, Binod Neupane, Kabita Ale, Sushma Niroula, Rabindra Jha, Riair Rai, Anup Neupane, Kajal Rimal and others.
