KATHMANDU, March 27: The hearing in the case against cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane has been postponed.
During the hearing of the case against Sandeep on Monday, who is accused of raping a minor, a brief was filed in court by Judge Madhav Prasad Ghimire of the Kathmandu District Court. But Sandeep’s side postponed the appeal.
Also earlier, Judge Ghimire’s bench had ordered Sandeep to be held in custody for a preliminary investigation.
