The Nischal Basnet-directed film ‘Dimaag Kharab’ celebrated 100 days of screening at Ranjana Cineplex in Kathmandu on Saturday, which was screened on Kartik 24. This film, which was released during the Tihar holidays, also gave a challenge to the Salman Khan starrer ‘Tiger 3’.
While “Tiger 3” did not perform well, “Dimaag Kharab” did well financially thanks to strong word-of-mouth. Both politicians and common people enjoyed this social drama.
The film ‘Jari’, which was released on Baisakh 1st, celebrated its 100th day. After that, the film Pardeshi 2, which was released on Dashain, ran for 51 days. “Dimaag Kharab” broke the record this year for being the second film to celebrate 100 days in theaters. On social media, actors and director Basnet expressed gratitude to their followers on the occasion of their 100th day.
