Advance booking of the film ‘Dayarani’ starring Dayahang Rai and Diya Pun has been opened in multiplexes in Nepal with happy shows. The film, which has had 113 shows in theaters across the country, has been given a total of 36 shows by QFX, the country’s largest multiplex chain, in Kathmandu Valley and Mofusal, and 12 shows by the second largest multiplex chain, INI Cinemas.
Similarly, One Cinemas has distributed 9 shows in New Baneshwar and Kalimati; Fcube and VSR Movies have distributed 4/4 shows; Kirtipur Cineplex has 2 shows; Big Movies and Ranjana Cineplex have distributed 6/6 shows. Dayarani, which is going to be screened this Friday (Magh 26), is also being screened in America and Australia. Around 400 shows of the film have been confirmed in these two countries.
Seven Seas Entertainment, the film’s overseas distributor, has claimed that 197 shows have been confirmed in 23 theaters in America and 180 shows in Australia. According to Seven Seas, it will be released in Middle Eastern countries on Falgun 15, while in UK and European countries, it is scheduled to be released on Falgun 16. Seven Seas believes that the film will earn well abroad.
Produced in collaboration with Mohan Gurung, Kiran Gurung, Kendra Limbu and New IT Ventures, the film is executive produced by Rambabu Gurung and Apil Bisht. The casting director of the film is Maniram Pokharel.
