Deepal Wali’s upcoming film ‘Camino’ is in the limelight due to its star cast. Pradeep Khadka, Neeti Shah, Barsha Siwakoti, Raj Ballav Koirala are seen in the lead roles in the film. Saugat Malla is also signed for the film. However, there is a possibility that he will not be in ‘Camino’ as his schedule is clashing with his next film. However, the production team is trying to adjust his schedule.
The shooting of this film, which has taken a long time in pre-production, will start from the middle of next Asadh. Due to the need for forest and sea areas, the film was prepared to be shot in Mexico and Brazil along with Nepal. However, now the shooting will be done only in Nepal and the Philippines. Director Wali informed that the ‘chapters’ of Mexico and Brazil have been closed due to visa problems.
The producer and production designer along with director Wali were preparing to go to Mexico for location hunting, however, the visa did not come. As per Pradeep Khadka, they did not apply for a visa at all. Moreover he said, ‘rather than spending time for a visa, we have looked for an alternative. By filming in Nepal and the Philippines, we will give you a feel of Mexico and Brazil. We will film the story without making any difference.’
A few weeks ago, director Wali, actor Khadka and producer Sunil Bista Gowli had reached the Philippines for location hunting. It is said that the shooting of jungle and sea island will be done in the Philippines. Written by Mahesh Dawadi, the film will be directed by Saurabh Lama and directed by Samrat Basnet. Along with Nepali, the film will be produced in four languages namely Hindi, English and Spanish.
