The first look poster of the film ‘Meera: Shadow of a Rainbow’ directed by Anita Pandit has been released. Actresses Surabina Karki and Anita Pandit along with child actor Aashvi Ghimire are featured in the poster. Surabina is pictured teaching a child by showing something in a book. From the poster, it can be assumed that she is playing the role of a mother in the film.
Nishan Chauhan, Kailash Rawal and Roshni Karki are also in the lead roles in the film based on the struggling story of a mother who tries to show the problem of developmental disability (autism) in a child and her private relationship with someone in the society. The release date of the film, produced under the joint banner of Aashvi Films and Latokosero Films is not mentioned in the poster.
While giving information about the film, director Pandit says, ‘Autism is not a disease. We have raised the story in the film against the idea that it will never be right. Autism is just a condition and we can bring a child in this condition to a normal state by ourselves.’ The story, screenplay and dialogues of the film written by Anita Pandit. She is also the producer.
