Himalaya Lokstar got the winner on Wednesday night. The grand finale held at the National Auditorium was entertaining in many ways. Raju Pariyar and Premaraja Mahat warmed up the atmosphere in the finale, which started with the famous musical group Indreni’s ‘Chhinko Chinima’.
Krishna Kandel of Indreni took a dig at the guests and the judges. Then the 6 finalists gave a spectacular performance. The women’s musical group performed in the rhythm and melody of Baja from West to East Nepal which looked very attractive. In the grand finale where there was a heavy presence of musicians active in the field of folk music, judges Raju Pariyar, Kulendra Bishwokarma and Ramji Khan also entertained the audience by singing songs. Former Miss Nepal Namrata Shrestha and comedian Prabhat Lama jointly hosted the finale.
Balram Bishwokarma was declared the winner from the finale which was also broadcast live on Himalaya Television HD. PN Saila was declared the first runner-up while Santosh Chhetri was declared the second runner-up. Bishwokarma , who won the title by lifting the trophy, thanked everyone who played a role in winning. It was also informed on the occasion that another adventure reality show Roadies will be aired soon from Himalaya HD.
