KATHMANDU, February 21 – Rupak Sapkota has been appointed Foreign Affairs Adviser to the Chairman of the CPN Maoist Center and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.
The new foreign affairs adviser Sapkota is the son of the former president and vice president of the Maoists, Agni Prasad Sapkota. He studied international relations at the Renmin University of China.
When KP Sharma Oli was the prime minister at the time, he was the deputy executive director of the Institute of Foreign Affairs Studies.
Meanwhile, Ramdeep Acharya has been appointed as a public relations and administration adviser.
Likewise, Devendra Parajuli has been designated as an expert in Public Relations.
