Standing committee member Devendra Paudel said the Maoist center will make an official decision on the president by February 25. Stating that the officials of the Maoist center will meet this week and make a decision on the president, he also informed that the task is being done within the party for this.
He said that instead of supporting a certain party, there will be a discussion on the election of the president by consensus. “The issue of handing over the president to Congress is being discussed, but it is not the official decision,” he said, “the Maoist center is consulting with all the parties, they will decide all those issues through the meeting, along with this, the Maoist will also bring an official opinion on the president”.
