A parliamentary committee is being formed in Bagmati

MAKAWANPUR, February 6: A parliamentary committee will be formed in Bagmati province. The process of forming the parliamentary commission will begin at the meeting of the Provincial Assembly next Monday. The meeting of the state assembly has been called at 12 noon for the formation of the parliamentary committee.
The committee will be formed today according to the decision of the meeting of all the parties held at the Provincial Assembly Secretariat on Sunday to proceed with the necessary process for the formation of the committee. At the provincial assembly meeting held on Sunday, a work arrangement advisory committee was also formed. A 16-member Work Arrangement Advisory Committee was formed by the Provincial Assembly meeting held on Sunday to assist the speaker in the work of the Provincial Assembly, the meeting agenda and needs.
The committee has 4 members from the Nepali Congress, 3 from the CPN-UML, 2 from the Maoist Center and one member from other parties. The committee will be headed by President Bhuwan Kumar Pathak, while Vice President Apsara Chapagain and Provincial Minister of Home Affairs and Law Ganga Narayan Shrestha will be provincial members.
Today’s provincial assembly meeting will form another 5 parliamentary committees of the provincial assembly. In the Provincial Assembly, there is a Provincial Affairs, Finance and Development Committee, a Public Accounts Committee, an Education, Health and Agriculture Committee, and an Industry, Tourism and Environment Committee.
