KATHMANDU, February 23: The government decided to file a lawsuit against an Italian contractor, Cooperativa Muratori e Cementisti di Ravenna (CMC), for abandoning the project without completing the work as per the contract.
A cabinet meeting held this Thursday made a decision in this regard.
