Supreme Malla Thakuri, a child singer who rose to prominence in the singing world at a young age, has been awarded the prestigious ‘Sarubhakta Rashtriya Bal Pratibha Puraskar 2080’.
Sarubhakta Kendra established the award, which comes with a 50,000 rupee reward. Educationists George John and Sarubhakta Shrestha gave the award to Supreme on Saturday at a ceremony in Pokhara.
At the age of 11, he has reached the top of the music world. Along with folk and dual, modern, movie, child, and patriotic songs, he has also sung songs in languages like Deuda, Salijo, Thadovaka, Ghazal, Purveli, Limbu, Kiranti etc. Supreme has filled almost 190 songs with magical vocals. His activity can be seen from live repetition to recording. There are also a lot of viewers who follow and like him on social media.
