Actor Dhiraj Magar and actress Upasana Singh Thakuri will be seen together in a film for the first time. They are going to tie the knot in the film ‘Khusma’, which is being made under the direction of Ashok Thapa Magar. On the occasion of Maghe Sankranti, the auspicious ceremony of the film was held at Ganesh Temple in Kamaladi on Monday. The film, which will be shot in two stages, will focus on a love story during the war.
Betane Magar, Chandra Bhattachan, Mohan Rai, and Sushmita Budhathoki are the producers of the film, while SD Yogi, Surendra Rana, and Ram Aviral Bista will have music. Deepak Bajracharya has the responsibility of cinematography in the film, which will also feature Astitta Bhattachan, Khadka Bahadur Pun, and Arun Magar. Kafia Films will distribute the film produced under the banner of M Media across the country.
Director Magar stated that the film will tell the love story of the conflict period, but he also mentioned that action was not included.
