Actor Pradeep Rawat, who has been seen in negative roles in Bollywood and South films, has arrived in Kathmandu to work in the Nepali film ‘Hraswho Deergha.’ He landed in Kathmandu on Friday on an Indigo Airlines flight. He has already reached Chitwan for the shooting of the film. He is going to work on a Nepali film for the first time and will be shooting for a week.
Pradeep will play the role of actress Neeta Dhungana’s father in ‘Hraswho Deergha’. It is said that his role in the film is meaningful. He has worked in more than 200 films in Bollywood, South, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Bengali. Now Nepali films will be added to this list. He has shared the screen with many superstars in Bollywood, from Aamir Khan to Prabhas in South Asia.
The second phase of the shooting of ‘Hraswho Deergha’ has been going on in Chitwan area for 11 days. Along with Pradeep, the film also has a team of famous South Indian actors: Brahmanandam, Ali, Sunil Verma, and Kabir Duhan Singh. Brahmanandam and Ali have already completed the shooting of their part in Ramoji Film City in India last year. Kabir is now coming to Nepal for the shooting of the film on Saturday.
In addition to Neeta, the film, directed by Chandra Pant, who is established as an action director, also stars Nepali actors including Harihar Adhikari, Bipana Thapa, Saroj Khanal, Garima Sharma, Sanchita Luintel, Buddhi Tamang, Prashant Tamrakar, and Rabindra Jha. The film, which was shot by Indian cinematographer Kavirlal, is produced by Neeta and Harihar. The cost of this film is estimated to reach 7 crores.
