Kathmandu: The grand finale of Nepal’s two biggest money reality shows, ‘Mero Voice Universe’ and ‘Mero Dance Universe’, is going to be held on Saturday, Bhadra 2nd.
The organizer, Intra Nepal Welfare Foundation, organized a press conference at the shooting studio in Tokha and informed that the Grand Finale will be held at the International Convention Center at Godawari in Lalitpur at 5 p.m.
The top five finalists chosen for My Voice Universe and the top six finalists for dance were also introduced during the program.
After 30 episodes of transmission, Mero Voice Universe’s top five contestants include Shishir Thatal and Pritam Rai from Sikkim. Sairaj Khati from Darjeeling and Paresh Rai and Sharad Humagain from Nepal will compete in the final round.
Similar to this, the final competition for Mero Dance Universe will feature any five of the following performers: Minga Di Lepcha from Sikkim, Khushi Karki from Thailand, Devi Garbuja Magar from Belgium, Nation Susling Magar, Sajan Gurung, and Swastik Aryal from Nepal.
The overall winner in both of these reality competitions will receive Rs 1 crore, while the runners-up will each receive Rs 30 lakh and Rs 20 lakh, respectively.
These two initiatives were created under Alan Shrestha’s supervision and ran for three months.
Our reality show’s goal is to use cultural tools to bring together Nepalese from all over the world, and we produced this program without taking even a single rupee of profit. Dilli Adhikari, president of the Intra Nepal Welfare Foundation, stated during a news conference that as a result, we would further improve our program the next year.
Singer Deep Shrestha, who became the judge for Mero Voice Universe in the program, claimed that the program was very successful, not only because of the cultural aspects raised by the contestants. Similarly, Mithila Sharma, who became a judge on behalf of Mero Dance Universe, praised the contestant, saying that the contestant presented the Nepali culture well and that coming to this stage is a victory.
Apart from Mithila Shrama, Shankar BC, Dilip Rayamajhi, Priyanka Karki, Keki Adhikari and Narman Rai and Richa Sharma were the guest judges for Mero Dance Universe, while Naresh Bhattarai and Sunita Gurung were the hosts.
The judges for Mero Voice Universe, which is presented by Reema Bishwokarma and Sandeep Chhetri, also include Deep Shrestha, Suresh Adhikari, Anju Pant, Shiva Pariyar, Pushpan Pradhan, and Sujata Barma.
