Basant Niraula, the director of films like ‘Vijaypath’, ‘Aabeg’, ‘Mela’, ‘Rajneeti’ etc., is going to handle the directorial responsibility of the new film ‘Juwai Saab’. He announced the production of the film while offering prayers at Halesi Mahadev temple in Khotang on Monday. Director Niraula informed that the shooting of the film, which is presented by Red Eye Films, will begin after a few months.
This film will be shot in Nepal, Canada and Australia. The story of the film is written by Sabin Adhikari. The film has screenplay and dialogues by Shankar Dhital. According to director Niraula, the selection of actors for the film is going on. ‘After all the actors are finalized, we will hold a press conference and inform them. This film will be made in comedy and family story.’
Basant claims that ‘Juwai Saab’ will be better than the films he directed earlier. He is going to return to film direction after ‘Mela’. Along with the film, he has also directed more than half a dozen music videos. During the Corona epidemic, he also directed a web series called ‘Love Circle’. Basant is also involved in the ‘equipment’ business of the film.
