Australian Assistant Foreign Minister Tim Watts and actress Manisha Koirala, who arrived in Kathmandu as part of a two-day visit to Nepal, met. After the meeting, Watts said that it was his privilege to meet Manisha Koirala personally.
Recalling that he has participated in the Indian Film Festival in Melbourne, Australia, Assistant Foreign Minister Watts shared a picture with Manisha and wrote, “I have been to the Indian Film Festival in Melbourne many times.” It is the biggest festival of Indian cinema outside India. But meeting Manisha Koirala in person is a special privilege.
Manisha, who arrived in Kathmandu this week, also met the Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Balen Shah, a few days ago. Talking about work, Manisha recently worked in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Netflix series ‘Hiramandi’ and the film ‘Shehzada’ starring her was released in theaters. Lately, Manisha has been interested in the politics and current events of Nepal.
