Singer Samikshya Adhikari has expressed that although she is not wrong, she changed her statement out of love.
In a television interview, she said that she filed a complaint for her own safety and later changed her statement in court because she was in love.
“I filed a case because of threats of death from his team, daily torture”, she further said, “I made that decision for my own safety”. In an interview, she said, “I didn’t even know that it would take a big shape.” It’s just that I’m not wrong.
Based on her statement, the accused was acquitted of the rape charge.
