Indian director Yash Chopra’s wife Pamela Chopra has died.
She died on Thursday morning. She was working in her husband Yash Chopra’s production house Yash Raj Films. She worked as a writer and designer.
She is the mother of Aditya Chopra and Uday Chopra. She married Yash Chopra in 1970. She died about 11 years after the death of her husband.
Yash Raj Films informed about Pamela’s death and wrote on social media, ‘It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the death of 74-year-old Pamela Chopra. Her last rites took place in Mumbai at 11 am.
Pamela wrote the story of the film ‘Kabhi Kabhi’ directed by Yash Chopra. She was the designer of Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan and Rekha’s film Silsila.
She was last seen in the Netflix series ‘The Romantics’. In the series, she talked about her husband Yash Raj, his work style and personal life.
