Once upon a time, the films of the three Khans of Bollywood (Aamir, Salman and Shahrukh) did a poor business in Nepal. When their films were released, Nepali films were not released for weeks. There used to be a tussle between big distribution companies to bring their films to Nepal. However, for the past few years, the films of the three Khans have drowned the distributors in Nepal, with the exception of Shahrukh’s ‘Pathan’.
Now from this Friday Salman Khan starrer new movie ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ is coming to the screens. Manoj Rathi’s group, which has been bringing Salman’s films to Nepal for years, brought this film to Nepal for 1 crore. Earlier, this group, which suffered badly from Salman’s film ‘Antheem’, is at stake to recover the previous loss as well. However, profit is not guaranteed.
Distributor Rathi has said that since Salman’s craze is good in Nepal, he has taken the risk of buying the film for Rs 1 crore. After the film will be screened in Nepal, Salman addressed the Nepali audience through a video message and asked them to watch the film. The multiplexes of Nepal have already opened the booking of the film. Most of the multiplexes have given high shows to the film.
Directed by Farhad Samji, the film stars Salman, Venkatesh, Pooja Hegde, Jagapathi Babu, Vijender Singh, Siddharth Nigam, Shehnaaz Gill, Jassi Gill, Palak Tiwari and others. Produced by Salma Khan, the film stars Jagapathi and Vijendra as villains. It seems that the film, which is doing aggressive advance booking in India, can open above 30 crores.
