In the first half of the current fiscal year, Nepal registered 191 deported foreigners, reports the Immigration Department.
Visitors from 39 countries were deported after they were found to be involved in criminal activities, punished for various crimes and overstayed in Nepal, according to the Department.
China, the United Kingdom and the United States are the first three countries on the list of nationalities of deported foreigners. In the six months, Nepal deported 85 ChineseĀ 12 British and 12 American.
After that on the list are Pakistan and Uzbekistan with numbers 10 and 9 respectively.
