Kathmandu, February 19
IME Digital Solutions Ltd (IME payment) has signed an agreement with Nepal Clearing House Ltd (NCHL) for domestic payment exchange to introduce various retail payment exchange instruments and use cases, including NEPALPAY QR, NEPALPAY Instant, NEPALPAY Request, including tokenization and payment gateway.
The deal was signed by IME Pay CEO Praveen Regmi and NCHL CEO Neelesh Man Singh Pradhan.
IME Pay will enable account tokenization features under NPS, after which IME Pay wallet users will be able to link their bank accounts to the wallet. Likewise, it will also enable the billing gateway to extend all the services available in the RPS.
IME Digital Solution Ltd is one of the first licensed companies in Nepal to provide digital payment solutions through its IME Pay app.
