Raveena Tandon Condition For Rape Scene: Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon has done many great films. The actress has worked in films on her own terms. Recently, during an interview, Raveena recalled the time when she refused to wear a ‘swimming costume’ or do a kissing scene in a film. The actress told that she agreed to do rape scenes in her films only on one condition that her clothes would remain completely intact. Raveena had also described herself as the ‘lone actress’ working with such a policy.
Raveena did not give kissing scenes in films
Talking to ANI, Raveena said, ‘I used to get uncomfortable with many things. Like dance steps. If I was uncomfortable with anything, I would say listen, I am not comfortable with this step. I didn’t want to wear a swimming costume, and I didn’t do kissing scenes. That’s why I had my fund. I was the only actress who did rape scenes but the clothes were not torn at all.”

Raveena said, “Mera dress phatega nahin…tum kar lo rape scene agar karna hai. That’s why they used to call me arrogant.” Raveena said, “Dar came to me first, although it was not vulgar, but there were some scenes in Darr that I was not comfortable with. I never wore a swimming costume. I would say, ‘No, I will not wear a swimming costume.’ Even ‘Prem Qaidi’ the first film with which I think Lolo (Karisma Kapoor) was launched was actually offered to me earlier. But even in that there was only one scene where the hero pulled down the zip and the strap was visible, I was uncomfortable with it. ,
Raveena made this disclosure on body shaming in Bollywood
Recently, Raveena also talked about body shaming in Bollywood. He had said that whatever the male actors said were the last words. She also said that women were a woman’s ‘worst’ enemy as they body-shamed, slut-shamed others to bring them down. She also revealed that she had taken a break from the industry and married film distributor Anil Thadani, upset with the ‘wickedness’ of journalism in the 90s.
