Kathmandu- 24 contestants including 12 young men and 12 young women have been selected for the next edition of the ‘Miss and Mr. Supranational Nepal’ pageant which is a prestigious beauty pageant held in Nepal. 40 contestants were selected from more than 200 participants in the preliminary auditions held in different places of the country including Pokhara, Dhangadhi, Itahari, Kathmandu. 24 contestants were selected from among them for the finals.
In selected competitions, there are those living abroad, NRN, participants in international beauty contests and winners of various beauty contests.
In the selection phase of the audition, which is attended by young women from 18 to 32 years old and young men from 19 to 34 years old. Santosh Upadhyay, Prashant Tamrakar, Priya Sigdel, Sanisa Shrestha, Dr. Keshu Khadka, Pushkar Ojha, Dr. Pramod Joshi, Sunil Thapaliaya , Ujjwal Joshi and others were judges.
In the competition organized by Sanurvi International, rounds like talent, swimmer, top model, fitness, social course, saas ceremony etc. will be organized. Spectators will also be able to participate in the talent, swimmer, top model rounds.
International guests will also participate in the competition, which will be choreographed by Prashant Tamrakar. In last year’s competition, “Mr. Supranational 2021” Varo Vargas, “Miss Supranational 2019” Antonio Porsild and Miss Supranational Organization’s creative director Andre Slay came to Nepal. The organizers said that this year too, there will be participation of various international guests.
International guests will also participate in the competition, which will be choreographed by Prashant Tamrakar. The final contestants will also take 25 days of various training. They will be provided various trainings including swimming, physical fitness, photo session, personality development by national and international trainers. 2 male and 2 female winners will be selected in the competition. Among them, the male winner will participate in the international beauty pageant Mr. Supranational and Mr. International, while the female winner will get the opportunity to participate in Miss Supranational and Miss Globe.
The competition, where sub-title winners will also be selected in different half-dozen disciplines, will be organized in a different and better way than the beauty pageants that are being organized in Nepal. Organizer Sanurvi International Santosh Upadhyay said that the competition was organized with the aim of developing the talent of the youth and helping them build a bright future.
The finals of the competition will be held on May 15 in a ceremony. According to the organizer, there will be presence of national and international personalities.
