Kathmandu- The film ‘Meera: Shadow of a Rainbow’, was auspicious by worshiping at Maiti Devi temple in Kathmandu on Monday.
Anita Pandit is going to direct the film which is being made on the struggling story of a mother who tries to show the problem of abnormal alert mental state (autism) in a child and her private relationship with someone to the society. The film, which is also written by Anita, will have Surveena Karki, Nishan Chauhan, Kailash Rawal and Roshni Karki in lead roles.
Shankar Karki is the producer of the film which is going to be produced by Ashvi Films. Director Anita said that the film explores autism issues and relationships. An IT engineer by profession, she is about to make her directorial debut with this film.
The shooting of the film will begin this week. The film will be shot in places like Shivpuri, Patan, Raniban and will have music by Elish Karki. Prakash Mahara is the technical head and Prakash Hamal is the production designer of the film.
