Actress Nisha Adhikar has filed an anshbanda case against her husband Sharad Bheshavkar. The bench of Judge Kamal Prasad Gyawali has ordered to demand distribution of the property (full details of the property) in the case of partial customs filed by him in the Kathmandu District Court on August 28. Nisha has registered a case demanding that she and her minor son be given a share.
Nisha has not filed a divorce case in the court. According to the legal provision that the wife can demand a share even without breaking the relationship, she has filed a share case against Sharad.
