KATHMANDU, February 15: Up to eight political parties have agreed to support the Nepali Congress in the upcoming presidential election.
The meeting held in Baluwatar on Friday night was attended by the Congress of Nepal, CPN (Maoist Center), CPN (United Socialist), Janata Samajbadi Party, Rastriya Janamorcha, Nagarik Unmukti Party, Loktantrik Samajbadi Party and the Janamat Party.
