KATHMANDU, February 18: The health status of Nepali Congress Leader Dr. Chandra Bhandari, who suffered burns due to a leaking gas cylinder, is getting back to normal.
Congress Youth Leader Yograj Kandel reported that the amount of unnatural oxygen given to him, who is currently being treated in India, has been reduced by 45 percent. Dr. Mukesh Misra, the doctor involved in Bhandari’s treatment, said he will be fed through a tube starting today, Kandel reported.
According to Bhandari’s latest health report, all parameters are normal. His first surgery was successfully completed on Friday. Neta Bhandari has been receiving further treatment since Thursday at the National Burn Center in Mumbai, India.
