KATHMANDU, February 14: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and a delegation led by the special envoy of the President of the Republic of Korea, Sung Min Jung, have held a meeting.
During the meeting held today at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar, they discussed matters of mutual relations, cooperation and interests between the two countries, according to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat.
On the occasion, a discussion was also held on the issues of further strengthening bilateral relations and exchanging financial assistance.
Topics such as hiring more workers in Korea through EPS and increasing assistance provided to Nepal by South Korea were also discussed.
They also held a discussion on celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Nepal and Korea in a big way next year, it is said.
