KATHMANDU, February 10 – The eighth edition of the ICC U-20 Women’s World Cup kicks off today, Friday. In the opening match of the World Cup to be held in South Africa, host South Africa will play Sri Lanka. The match at Newlands in Cape Town will start at 22:45 Nepal time.
10 teams are participating in the competition. The 10 participating teams are divided into two groups of 5/5 teams each. The two best teams from the two groups will advance to the semifinals.
