TIA services are improving, says Civil Aviation Minister

KATHMANDU, February 9: Sudan’s Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Kirati has said that the service at Tribhuvan International Airport has seen a gradual improvement.
During his third TIA inspection since taking office today, Minister Kirati said he was pleased with the steady improvement of the airport. However, he said the improvement is only partial and must continue to completion.
Minister Kirati, who arrived early in the morning, took note of all the services provided by the airport. Mentioning that user-friendliness of the service is the first priority of it, Minister Kirati expressed the belief that the improvements would satisfy the users of the service.
According to TIA spokesman Teknath Sitaula, Minister Kirati has asked airport officials to provide quality service to passengers in addition to maintaining cleanliness. Minister Kirati also thanked the airport team for the progress so far and asked them to complete the remaining work soon.
