KATHMANDU, February 1: A complaint has been filed with the Election Commission demanding the removal of the Rastriya Swatantra Party formed under the leadership of Rabi Lamichhane.
Yubraj Poudel Safal filed the complaint on Wednesday afternoon.
Poudel has demanded to scrap the party led by Rabbi Lamichhane, arguing that the Supreme Court already declared Lamichhane’s Nepali citizenship illegal, which he presented to the commission while registering the party.
